Right now, we’re looking for a part-time Customer Operations Trainee (German and/or Finnish speaking) to join our Customer Operations team.
As a Customer Operations Trainee at Holvi, your main responsibility is to assist and encourage new customers to get onboarded to the service and support existing customers to keep their business information up to date. You will also help us to onboard customers to our newly introduced Money Market product.
A typical day could see you:
Call customers in order to assist and encourage them to finalise their onboarding process
Call customers in order to remind and support them in updating their business information
Review account applications based on our guidelines and policies
Reach out to customers for additional information related to open requests
Review, evaluate and verify customer data
Support your colleagues in other Customer Lifecycle Management related tasks
This is for you if:
You're fluent in English and either German or Finnish, both in writing and speaking
You have customer service experience
You have a customer-centric mindset and communicating with customers over phone and email brings you joy
Prioritising tasks and promptly addressing any issues comes naturally to you
You like to work in a team environment and are self-motivated
You are interested in compliance and regulations: assessing complex cases in line with compliance requirements is a challenge you're interested to tackle
Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and determination are top-notch
You're curious, a quick learner, and love sharing your learnings with others
You're available for a full-time two-week onboarding period in the beginning of the employment
It's a plus if:
You have a background in banking, law, or compliance
You've got previous experience onboarding customers to regulated services

Logistics:
This position comes with 15 or 20 weekly working hours and a temporary 1 year contract
Flexible work hours between 08:00 and 18:00 in our new beautiful Helsinki office
You will start with a two-week full-time Onboarding and after that your contract is based on the agreed weekly hours
