You’ll shape Holvi’s content, campaigns and creatives in Germany and Austria
As a Senior Marketing Manager in Holvi’s Content & Channels team, your focus will be on planning and creating marketing campaigns, developing our DACH content plan and creating copy for our website, acquisition campaigns and product launches. Your work will be a combination of concepting and hands-on tasks.
Your objective will be to help both existing and prospective business customers discover Holvi through engaging, high quality campaigns, creatives and content. You’ll get to dive deep into the ins and outs of SMEs and their financial management, as well as the terminology that comes with it.
A typical day could see you:
- Concepting tactical marketing campaigns and writing stellar copy that brings them to life
- Creating copy for performance marketing, landing pages, product launches and event materials
- Ensuring our German and Austrian websites are up to date and serve our customers and prospects
- Developing our German content plan, and coordinating the content creation with a content freelancer
- Refining our German Tone of Voice and ensuring it stays consistent along different channels and campaigns
- Coordinating channels for marketing campaigns and working with media and channel vendors
- Researching topics related to business finances and accounting
- Collaborating with other teams – like Product Marketing or Design – from brief to publishing, to measuring success and chalking down learnings
This is for you if you:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing role
- German writing skills: Native-level writing and editing skills in German, with a portfolio of content for different channels (content marketing, web, social, paid advertising)
- Industry Expertise: A solid background in the fintech or banking industry, preferably in a B2B context
- DACH Market Knowledge: A grasp of the German and Austrian market and channels, particularly in the context of SMEs
- SME Insight: An understanding of and an interest in SMEs and their needs in banking and financial management
- Channel Know-how: Understanding of German marketing channels to reach small businesses and SMEs effectively
- Organic Skills: A strong understanding of key organic marketing methods and metrics, including SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and marketing strategies
- A Collaborative Approach: Have strong teamworking skills and want to work in an English-speaking environment
It's a plus if you:
- Campaign Management Experience: Experience in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Social media: Experience and interest in organic social media
- Tool Knowledge: You know the basics of Ahrefs or Wordpress
