Right now, we’re looking for a Finnish-speaking Account Manager to join our team in Helsinki. If you want to help us make self-employment a little easier, Holvi is for you.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to support our growing customer base. In this position, you will engage with prospective and existing users, ensuring they fully benefit from our platform. This is a prime opportunity to connect proactive service with sustainable growth.
You will help drive product adoption and improve retention, taking a customer-centric approach while keeping commercial outcomes in mind. As the position involves both inbound and outbound communication, confidence in handling phone calls is essential. You will be expected to deliver clear, professional, and helpful guidance across all interactions, identifying opportunities to add value, strengthen relationships, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement – Manage warm and cold leads, guiding them toward the features and plans that best align with their business needs.
Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with high-potential customers and identify growth opportunities.
Process Improvement – Oversee workflows and spot areas for automation or process enhancements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience – Background in sales, customer success, or support, ideally in financial services or SaaS.
Communication – Excellent spoken and written Finnish, balancing service with a commercial mindset.
Technical Skills – Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and understanding customer workflows.
Organisation – Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
