To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Analyst (12 months fixed-term contract) to join our team in Helsinki, handling the onboarding process for our markets in Austria, Finland and Germany. If you want to help us make self-employment a little easier, Holvi is for you.
Customer Onboarding Analyst (12 months fixed-term contract)
You conduct comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on new and existing customers to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk. You also provide expert guidance and contribute to developing and implementing CDD policies and procedures.
Your role and responsibilities
Daily operations
Conduct detailed CDD reviews for new and existing customers, including verifying identities and analyzing ownership structures, source of funds, and overall risk profiles.
Communicate with customers across multiple channels to ensure the timely resolution of requests.
Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects that support the team's operational goals.
Collaboration and participation
Collaborate with key departments, e.g. our commercial team or the second line of defense to support CDD initiatives
Provide guidance and share knowledge with other team members.
Propose and develop initiatives to improve internal tools and processes in line with company strategy.
This is for you if you:
Bring some experience in customer onboarding, with a solid understanding of KYC and KYB
Have experience in working in diverse teams in a fast paced environment
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Are fluent in English, German and Finnish
It's a plus if you:
Have a background in financial services, banking or similar
Have knowledge of the German or Austrian market
Are familiar with the tool landscape in the onboarding space
