Right now, we’re looking for a General Manager for Investment Services to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. If you want to help us make running small businesses a lot easier, Holvi is for you.
Lead a new business area at Holvi
At Holvi, we are broadening our offering to serve the cash management and investment needs of the SME customers that we serve. The GM for Investment Services will be responsible for the commercial success of our investments offering as the business area lead. You’ll lead a team of 5-10 professionals in building the investment offering from scratch. We are a 150 people strong team at Holvi, and you’ll have the support of the larger organisation, but we expect you and your team to get the right stuff done independently, and at speed.
A typical day could see you:
Working with your engineering team to refine the current and future product development initiatives
Communicating with current and potential customers to refine our product-market fit
Planning and executing sales and marketing activities with our commercial team
Ensuring that the investment services day to day operations run smoothly
Liaising with the FIN-FSA on any regulatory matters
This is for you if you:
Have a background at an authorised capital markets institution (MiFID / AIF / UCITS)
Have a solid track record of building new offerings to customers from “zero to one”
Are comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment (ideally you’ve been inside a growth company)
Have solid project management skills to guide the setup of the investments offering
Understand digital products and can actively drive the customer experience
Are comfortable working in an English speaking working environment
It's a plus if:
As you are the primary liaison between Holvi and the FIN-FSA, being a Finnish speaker does help
You have been a startup founder or early employee before
