What you'll do
We are looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of Holvi’s CRM as a lifecycle engine, supporting customer activation, product adoption, retention and monetisation.
This is a hands-on role with high ownership, where you will help shape how Holvi communicates with customers across the lifecycle.
A typical day could see you:
Own and continuously develop HubSpot as Holvi’s core CRM platform, ensuring scalable, reliable lifecycle automations
Plan and execute behaviour-triggered CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows in HubSpot
Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging strategy and consistency across channels
Work with Product and Engineering to define required events, properties and technical feasibility
Monitor and analyse CRM performance and use insights to optimise lifecycle effectiveness
Support product launches, service communications and key customer initiatives from a CRM perspective
This is for you if you:
Have 3+ years experience working in CRM, lifecycle marketing or a similar role
Have deep practical experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties, automation logic, reporting)
Are fluent in German or Finnish and English, written and spoken
Have the ability to work with data, segmentation and automation logic
Bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Support
It's a plus if you:
Have experience working in a fast-paced growth company or scale-up in fintech, banking or B2B SaaS
Experience working with behavioural or event-based data
Familiarity with tools such as Segment, analytics platforms or data warehouses
You'll get:

Logistics
This is a fixed-term position (until end of August 2027) to cover a maternity leave within our Product Marketing Team where you’ll report to our Product Marketing & Communications Lead and work closely with stakeholders across Product and Marketing.
You’ll be headquartered in our sleek office in Berlin, Kreuzberg or Helsinki, Kallio.
